Any way to fix under-door rust or just replace?

Basically is there any way to fix those rust holes underneath the doors or do i need to buy a whole new door?

You can get new door skins. Cut the old ones off and weld the new ones on, but when you figure in the time and effort to do it and new (used) door can be found cheaper. I found a set of rust free full power doors for my car for $150.

My car was starting to rust on the under side. I simply used POR-15 and a bit of their putty. No further development in a couple of years.

I second the Por-15 for stopping rust. I used it at the bottom inside of both doors with very good results.
