Removing ground effects

I have a1983 Trans Am, and I wanna take the "ground effects" off. I got off the front part easy enough, but there is a small pieces right in front of the rear tire, and just behind the door. It seems the only way to reach the screw to remove it is by taking the entire wheel off.

Any suggestions?

If they are attached the same as the camaros ground effects are then there is a speed nut that is accessable behind the rear arm rest peices. There is usually a black rubber flap over the area.
