Ok, I have my gauges out and on my bench. I notched the faces so I could mount the glow overlays. Well, everything seems OK except for I have NO idea how to glue these to the gauges! I was going to try double-sided tape, but it comes too close to the round part on the needles.
Also, the odometer part doesn't line up with my #'s... can I just use an X-Acto and cut it to fit? The part I want to cut is part of the halo part; on the back is in the silvery-stuff area.
Well, I used some thin CA super glue and it seems to hold them just fine. Now all I'm waiting for is the go-ahead to cut my odometer opening on the glow gauge face bigger!
