As for the rear glass its common for them to come out of alighnment the body probably tweaked alittle if you had it up on stands or it just came out of alighnment.

As for the t-tops does it leak at all corners or just one, if we talk about just the say drivers side the seal inbetween the window and the t-top, if it leaks at both ends of it then you will need to play with adjustments. if it leaks at one end of that seal but not the other that seal needs to be adjusted it has 1/4 to 1/2 inch of play in it and if its not set right it will not seal on one end. Also you can adjust the window so it goes up a little farther to seal tighter. There really are alot of adjustments on them my seals are orginal and do not leak because I have adjusted them.

to tight

i adjuted them all the way down and they leak in both corners now so they are probally to tight right?? its in all the outdside corners. that it leaks and the rubber is all new they were installed professionally before i bought the car i have a recipt and you can tell they are new so should i just loosen them up and that should fix it?

Just because they were done professonaly doesn't mean they were done right. Are you tops glass or acrlic? Are they leaking down the inside of the window? Also are they GM seals or aftermarket seals? There is a happy meadum too lose they will leak to tight they will leak, you just have to play with them. Thry putting some protolleum jelly on the seals where they meet, this will cause the rubber to swell up and seal if they happen to be a tad to short or something. You can also try some lithium grease or silicon grease.
