Here's a picture I took a couple of months ago... The C5 Wheels were removed from My Berlinetta about 2 weeks ago and the car is riding on a set of 92 Z28 Aniversary wheels right now.
Yup,......... I was there ! The only time it didn't rain that weekend was the afternoon of the show !!! I lucked-out & snagged 3rd place in the Camaro class out of about 40-45 Camaro's at that event.
Too bad nothing happened this spring,....... any plans for an Event next year ??? It was pretty cool meeting "in person" with all the people I have gotten to know thru this site !!!
Berlinettas are sweet sleeper cars. No one knows what Berlinetta means. Plus the no ground effects give it a cool drag look, especially with bigger meats in the back. I want to get one now and drop in an LT1 or LS1 with like 4 mufflers and one tail pipe. Mmmm sleeper. You guys have some sweet cars and definitely keep the ground effects off.
Hey philoldsmobile:
I guess its fun to live in England where you can put IROC decals on your car and no one would know the difference. Haha I'm just kidding man you have a sweet car. Are those 4th gen seats?

yeah, they are out of a Euro spec 99 Z28, odly enough that means they are Trans Am seats (euro Camaros got T/A seats because the camaro seats wont pass type aproval)
the @IROC decals are kind of a running joke - when my mate restored his 89 IROC vert we actualy made the decals - i took a digital photo of them, and he transfered them onto clear vinyl. rather than costing £100 for 2 stickers, we made 40 for free!!
i kinda liked the way they broke up all the white, so we put a pair on my car, just because they were there!
they are so accurate you'd not know they aren't genuine decals.
Incidently, i never try to pass the car off as an IROC, most people would be none the wiser here anyway.
this was my 85 berlinetta right after i painted it. right before i sold it to a friend. all suspension/steering was out of a 89 formula 350. the car was a 305. thats a iroc hood with the mounting bumps hammered down and filled.
here is a pic of my car, 87 sport coupe, seriously thinking about buying an 84 berlinetta as well. GFX Haters UNITE!
