Purple Haze Metallic, Dark Green-Gray Metallic, Polo Green-II Metallic and Medium Quasar Blue Metallic were all new colors for 1992.
However, if you have the Z03 Heritage Package, the only color that was available on Z03 + Z28 cars from that list is Purple Haze Metallic. If you had an RS w/ Z03, you could also get the Polo Green-II Metallic.
Purple Haze metallic is listed in the RPO as 84U and should be WA-9802
Polo Green-II Metalic is 45U and should be WA-9539
You may want to double check with your paint supplier, I'm sifting through reference material. (Camaro White Book and PPG Paint Chips)

I believe the red is all the same color. I dont know the paint code but if you open the hatch and then open the little cubby in the back there should be a sticker with a bunch of numbers on the door for the cubby. Near the bottom of the sticker you should see BC CC (base coat, clear coat) and then your base coat and clear coat identification numbers will follow that. Hope that helps.
Wow, thanks for the help. I got my first information from the tech info section of this site. It gives information on what striping colors go with which paint scheme. Red, white, black, and green were the body colors it listed I think. I found that there were two reds for Camaros, Brilliant Red (dark) and Red (regular) in '92. I have the regular red, but want to go with a bit darker color, so I'm thinking about the Brilliant red and then putting the black striping kit from the Heritage cars on it, too. What do you think?
Here is an example of Brilliant Red Metallic. Its Paint code 75U, WA 9540 and was available from 1990-1992.
P.S. The picture makes it darker than it really is.

If thats what you want I think it would look good. But if your just wanting a darker red I would definately look into having it custom mixed. The brilliant red looks almost burgundy to me.
Thanks again! Say, GMTech, what's the difference between what you showed me and paint code 75/4177, WA-9239 which is also called Brilliant Red?
Custom mixing is an option of course. gen3 Camaros look pretty good with non-factory colors from what I've seen on this site.
Well, gen3 cars just look good anyway!
