How to fix sagging doors?

The doors on my '88 are sagging and I need new door pins and bushings. What is the easiest way to do this? Thanks.

Dang there expensive!! Would it just be cheaper to get the whole door hinge out of a junk yard that isnt sagging and replace the whole thing? Just a thought.
