t top "side rail strip"

so the only spot my t tops leak is up front where this "side rail strip" tucks under my window when door shut, window up. it has done this so long that it has formed to that shape and i cannot get it to straighten out. plus, this strip is starting to come out of my t top from both ends; the front is a lot worse though.

has anyone replaced one of these? are they replaceable? i couldnt figure out how to get it out without just ripping it out. im going to glue/rtv it back in place, but it wont hold long with the window pushing on it all the time.

There are replacements from one of the sponsers or e-bay. You can get them out by removing the t-top handle, other associated screws holding the plastic to the underside and removing from there. I totally took both my t-tops apart and re-did the seals. You can also adjust the t-top holders which are behind the pillar trims.
