Another Door Hinge Pin Question

I looked at the TDS hinge kits and understand how they work. On my car I also have the bushing on top of the pin on the lower hinge closest to the body side of the hinge that is worn and not working properly. Is this part also avaliable and what is the procedure to replace it? See photo. Badman

89 RS with 2.hate and an Auto. hey at least it was cheap!

Weight reduction list: no spare. No jack. A few lightened body panels due to rust. Couple this looks unused throw aways. Couple Hell this aint hooked up anymore throw aways.
