T-top glass disassembly

Has anyone tried or been successful in removing the t-top glass from it's mountings?

I ordered a used one to replace a shattered one. It came with damage to the hard plastic edge on the rear corner. I can dig out the glass from the shattered one(good hardware) one, but I don't know if there's any tricks to removing a good piece of glass out of the damaged hardware piece without breaking it.

Any ideas?
