Car: 83 Trans Am Engine: LT1 350 Transmission: 5 Speed manual Axle/Gears: 3.73 10bolt till it breaks | T-top seals
I need t-top seals for my 83 Trans Am but I'm having a hard time finding them. They are expensive as hell when I do find them.
Anyway, does anyone know where I can get a COMPLETE seal kit. I need EVERYTHING. I need the body seals, the seals that go on the t-top along the window, the seal trim that surrounds the t-top glass, and the window sweeps, which is basically everything.
I have only found one place I can get most if not all of what I need. I'm not sure it has the window sweeps but what worries me more is that in the description it says the following:
Replace your T-Top weatherstrip with our reproduction kit. Installs exactly as original and will elimante rattles and noise caused by insufficient sealing. Will also keep rain and other related elements from seeping into the interior. This is the 2nd design style.
Will work for all 1982 1983 1984 1985 1986 1987 1988 1989 1990 1991 1992 models despite the slight differences.
This 8 piece kit contains all seals necessary to repair both LH and RH sides.
this description has me concerned that the seals wont be right for my car. | | |
