It seems to me that gm parts direct is selling the 91-92 front ground effects for $21.85 am i reading this wrong? it says valance panal, and in the visual discription it labels and points out the correct part. I hope that's the price, but i highly doubt it. Could someone clean this up for me?

I believe that part is discontinued... which is why I can't buy one!
The part number in question is: 16514355 and there are 0 in North America.

BUT WHY, why when I get my camaro do they stop selling the 91-92 front valance...GREAT, now I have to buy a 91-92 to upgrade the look of my bumper...OH WELL.

Actually, first of all, of all parts to discontinue, why did they choose the most commonly replaced part? First of all that stupid thng always dies in an accident and curbs and stuff, also, why hasnt anyone made any aftermarket? I'm not wlling to pay 400 bucks for a little plastic piece of ****. GM has me irritated.

Guys...luck has prevailed. There is a company now that sells GM authentic and repro 91-92 front spoilers. I believe it was year one performance but I'll check when I get back to the office on Monday. I had downloaded the catalog because I plan on ordering a replacement myself. The OEM are 250-300 I think but I KNOW the repro's were only 200.

Ok, quick question, on this VFNFiberglass site is has this for sale:

Just want to make sure that the part they have listed on that site, looks like this ground effects kit. I own a 92 RS and although the kit is for a z28, I'm ok with that, just wanted to make sure the physical shape is the same. That little decal is nothing major, easy pop out pop in. The picture below is identical to my car, (except it says RS instead of Z28 on mine).



Also, I'm having a hard time finding a replacement for my rear quarter panels. My mom fell asleep at the wheel and butchered ours all up. I was going to replace it, but is it all one body part on the back end? Thank you for your time. Much appreciated

Yes it is all one big peice. It needs to be cut out and a new one welded in. At times I think Ive looked at the Classic Industries catalog to much...
