found out by accident. turned power on in my garage and my torpedo heater kicked on and was directly on my ground effects. no big deal i have to stip the car down anyway. but long story short, with a heat gun(on sale $9.99 at harbor frieght) it will bubble up the paint and all you have to do is scrap. mine went through the paint and primer in one go. probably have to do it section at a time . this worked great on my and i only have to do a final prep sand.
Re: easy way to strip paint off front bumper/fascia
I agree when you use it on the fiberglass and plastic pieces it has a good tendancy to warp them and then when you go to prep for paint it is hard to get it all straight again.

i used air craft coating remover...put it on a rag and wiped it off lol
