Re: My Camaro Before Crash, After Crash, and In the Body Shop
well looiks like thigns have totally turned around for ya man, i'm thinking ill have to hit up the shop next time im out towards casa grande, i'm actually looking at having evit do mine, i know both autobody instructors and its pretty cheap too, they do really good work too i had them fix the dents and dings on my lancer and they filled and painted them to match for like 75 bucks. One of the kids there has had his firebird there this entire year and he's been working on it every day, looks good even in its all sanded down phase

Thanks, man.
I cannot wait to see the frickin' color in the sun! They are painting the headlight cutouts flat black, like they were originally. That will look nice.

Grrrrr.
I am tired of waiting.
At least it is finally painted.

Nice. Almost the same color i'm painting mine. It needs the irocz graphics though. And think about changing the wheels to the gold style like mine. would look better with the darker color. That's why i'm planning on painting mine crimson pearl is it will contrast better with the gold. Glad you got it back. Be carefull. wouldn't want to have to wait for another 2 months for it. Really is good looking.

What a gorgeous car! Good job. I've not seen, until now, a metallic red on a third gen that looked better than the original Dark Red Metallic/Flame Red Metallic. Awesome! I read the thread's in's and out's as well. We need more success stories like this here

I am glad I kept them from the crash! $7.04 for a can of DupliColor flat black spray paint. Just needed to sand them down a bit before spraying them.
They look as good as new!
I would recommend their SEMI FLAT Black paint, matched up exactly!
Kevin

Damn kevin whats with you and the semi flat, and shouldn't you be fixing your car instead of being online.
Sorry to get off subject, your car looks great, hope mine looks that good when i get around to finishing up the paint. some times it takes an accident to get them looking good.
Re: My Camaro Before Crash, After Crash, and In the Body Shop
I'm back on the forums again. I am IROCless, at the moment, but I am working on buying this nice 86 I found. It's in nice shape. Too bad it has the 305 in it, but it will do, until I do my swap.
