Ok I have alot of little things missing on my 92 RS and I have a little problem. The little "spear" in front of the driverside door is missing. I can get a new one at the JY. What is the safest way to get it off without damaging it?

Re: Side molding

The short ones are easy to remove without damaging them. Razor blade, gasket scraper, screwdriver, pocket knife, etc.

Re: Side molding

yup a putty knife would work but it would be easier to save the gas and make the rest of your car match your fender

Those ways are particularly a good idea if you don't want to damage the paint on the car.

Ill probly use the string idea. The paint is only a year and a half old. Now problem #2 how to put it on my car? Adhesive strips?

Re: Side molding

3M double-sided tape, it's what the factory used.
