Rain Drip Rail Removal?

The metal lip that goes over the windows, how is it removed? Anyone have any experience with removing it?

My car doesn't get driven in the rain so i'm not worried about the "what-if" scenarios.

Thanks.

Look close at the weather stripping. There is also holes that sperad out where the screws are located. Phillips head screws in there.
