If the dash light comes on, and stays lit, but the outer lights don't actually flash, that is could be an indication that one of the bulbs outside are blown. Some relays also use the super rapid flash pattern, to indicate a blown outer bulb.
That's all I can think of, as to why a dash light would come on & stay on.
sounds to me like you have a bulb that is burnt out. turn on your 4 ways (AKA hazards), and your head lights and look for the bulb that does not blink. keep in mind it could be the turn signals mounted in your front fenders.

yea go for the flasher.......i think the 4 way and turn signal is a seperate flasher....side markers wouldnt cause that, but replace them they are there for a reason

I went out this mornin and started the car, and my right blinker worked, then the left blinked fast, then they just stopped.
Alright, All bulbs have been removed, cleaned out. There was no corrosion.
I replaced the side marker lights. Flashers have been changed.

Still no blinker.
hmmmmm so you go just a steady burn when you turn them on, 4 ways work properly flasher have been replaced.......... i had a problem on our motorhome that the turn signal blinked normal, but when you hit brakes it got faster, and if you were hitting brakes and the parking lights were on it would be even faster, turned out to be a bad ground, but it also had the wrong size bulb in it two (it aslo has amber turns in the back) but it took a single contact, if memory serves me correct our amber turns in the back have a dual contact, dual filliment bulb, why i dont know they dont use the marker light (dim) part...should be a 1157NA the NA for amber tinited glass so make darn sure you got the right bulb, and if that still dont work, maybe rerun a new ground wire......other than that i got no clue

no it would have to be the ground on one of the turn siginals not the side marker....the side marker actually grounds to the (+) of the front turn siginal, that is how it flashes with the turn siginal but also functions as a side marker
but im thinking that it may not be a ground issure since the 4 ways work and the fact that its both the left and the right that dont flash when in the turn mode......unless you got a bad flasher, try moving the 4 way flasher to the turn siginal flasher and the surn siginal flasher to the 4 way...... see what that does
im getting and it aint even my car, lol i had to see how you feel

I see a flasher on the right. Its a spot for one on the left, the two I have are the same. They dont fit on the left. Under that is a green box(Left)White(right) and the annoying buzzer thingy below it.
If the 4 way flashers work, then the bulbs, wires, grounds and everything else in the circuit are good. A fuse or flasher would be my first check, then move on to the turn signal switch in the steering column.
