What's this worth? I was considering either selling this as-is or fixing the crack, sanding and priming it and selling it. What's it worth as is ? What's it worth fixed sanded and primed, as you can see it is in great physical condition with no broken tabs, holes or missing parts.
Its hard to say. Maybe $100 as is, $150 fixed and ready for paint.

several months ago i got in a really bad wreck with my 91 rs and got lucky with the front bumper cover. picked up the bumper cover, header panel, head lights, reinforcement bar, lower valence and the actual bumper impact piece for $125 (of course these were in need of minor repair and paint)... so you do the math. this would count as the absolute low end bargain price in the calculation of how much you want to charge for it. however, for that $100 is about right considering prices when you look at youngs or hawks third gen.. they would be the upper end.
