Formula Hood in California Plz help

Hello
I live in Santa Maria California and im in the process of restoring my 1991 firebird, ive been looking for a specific hood for about over 2 months already and i havent been able to find the one im looking for, and the ones that i do find have been too far away from my location. Ive also come to find that shipping hoods is not cheap. The hood that im looking for is the hood from a formula firebird which had a rear facing scoop on the left drivers side of the hood, i belive its called a turbo bulge hood. Here is a link of a picture of a firebird with the hood im looking for.
