Im nick and i just picked up my first camaro i got her from my friends girlfriends father who inherrited it from a little old lady who bought it brand new and barely drove it Ive always wanted to have my own build thread so here goes nothing First off its a 1983 berlinetta with ttops and 2.8 v6 white/charcoal? with blue interior it was pretty rusty from sitting when i first brought it home but the good news is 500 bucks with 52,000 miles! anyways heres some pics before i started working on it

got new doors cleaned it allot

did some body work on the right rear quarter now in primer

untill yesterday it had no mechanical problems then i blew a rear brake line going from the master cylinder to the brake hose on the rear end and what a B.... that is turning out to be.

every breakline i try to free just keeps rounding off if anyone has any suggestions to get them loose would be a lifesaver im trying to get down to olean to pick up my fenders i just picked up dirt cheap

PB Blaster, let it soak in, and use a line wrench.. If that strips it, channel locks or vice grips.. If that doesn't work, it was never meant to come off.

That looks pretty bad. I would have passed on it. But hey, Good luck getting her all fixed!

are there any other options i even tried to get the lines off at the wheels and same deal should i just cut the lines flarem and pach them with new pieces?

that might just work cuase the lines themselves look newer and not rusted at all going from the wheels to that junction block
