I tried searching on the forum and I couldn't find anything. The glass T-Tops do not fit and I tried adjusting them. I was trying to find something that showed how to put the whole setup from lexan onto glass so they will fit and I can use the same key.. Any ideas?

There's no reason why you can't replace your Lexan tops with glass ones. Why aren't they fitting? Do they not latch correctly? As long as you have tops with the pin style latch you should be able to make them work with some adjustment.
Also, it's very easy to swap lock cylinders so you can keep your existing key. All you need to do is remove the black inner trim piece and you'll see the lock cylinders. They are held in place with a clip from the back side. All you need to do is remove the clip and swap the cylinders.
Someone told me I had to caulk the whole setup to the glass ones using glass caulk. They are both pins but I could not get them to fit. The lexan ones fit fine.
I have a 92 firebird and an 87 trans am. the trans am has glass and the forebird has lexan. When I was cleaning the firebird the other day I tried to put the glass tops on the firebird and discovered the pins on both t-top's are different. the glass has a small metal pin, and the lexan has a metal pin with a large plastic cover over it. Im guessing you could just swap out the pins, or the mounts on the car.

Yes, you can just swap the pins.
When I got my 92 Camaro, the PO had 2 sets of tops, one glass and one lexan. They both fit just fine, no changes needed to swap between them. I sold the glass ones because they were heavier and I didn't want to risk my wife dropping them while taking them off.
Now I kinda wish I had kept them as they were the nicer of the 2 sets.
I swapped the pins but on the ttops I took most the weatherstripping off and tried spraying them with water. It leaks but not bad. I had to drill holes in the glass ones to make the bigger pins from the lexan ones work but it wasn't to bad.
