Car: 89 Iroc-z Engine: 5.7 lt Transmission: 700r4 Axle/Gears: stock | fiberglass hood repair
| so my hood just flew off and it has a good amount of damage just woundering how hard is it to repair a fiber glass hood. the damage is the following: the pass mount was ripped off there is about a square foot area ripped off. the driver side mounting holes are stripped right out, and the driver side nose is bent in. is it worth fixing or should i just throw in in the garbage and just buy a new one. only thing is that its a turbo Iroc hood so its a hard hood to find. i can post some pics if you would like to see. if anyone knows of a good place in the chicago land area let me know. | | | |
