Rust Bullet or simular product, thoughts?

Anyone have experience with Rust Bullet or similar product to stop t-top rust and floor board rust. I sand blasted the t-top's and got a new center bar but I want something to prevent/stop it from coming back soon.

I also have a small hole on the Passenger side rear floor from the roof leaking to deal with. Not bad. About 1/2 the size of a dollar bill now. But if left uncorrected, or improperly corrected, I'm going to have issues later.

In auto-body school about 13 years ago, we used a zinc coating. But I keep seeing rust bullet and even saw a youtube video of it being used. I figure in 13 years, there has to be a new product out. I'd like to see if anyone had any thoughts of the best way to prep the surface for paint and stop the rust.

Thanks in advance.

Try this, its what I am using and its works great. Just dont get it on you because nothing takes it off. It has to wear off.

I've used POR-15. Highly recommended.
