Black around the headlights and center of bumper?

Hello everyone and sorry for the funky title for this post, I just didn't know how else to put it lol. My 1986 white Iroc needs its bumper repainted. The car was painted before (previous owner). I was just wondering if they all had the black painted around the headlights and on that center piece in the middile of the bumper where the fog lights go. Mine doesn't presently. Sorry, it's a silly question I guess but I just kind of want to do it right, plus I kind of like the black.

Thanks,
Dan

All 86 models got the black accenting. SC models also had the "vents" in the front fascia painted black as well.
