I've seen pictures here and there, you could find them if you search...
These are not very popular, for good reason IMO

Here's a thread on them: http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/bo...een-these.html (Has anyone seen these yet ?)

I dont think that they ever took off. They dont really seem to meld with the lines of our cars.

Re: zr1 taillight conversion

yeah they just dont "flow" well with the camaro's body. i think its because of the rear bumper has that bulge, and vett's is perfectly flat. if someone modded their rear bumper to be flat with the taillights, then itd probably look good

Re: zr1 taillight conversion

We REALLY need a "Vette tail lights might seem like a cool idea but look like crap" sticky.

I don't even have enough fingers to count how many times a new thread about this popped up in the past 6 months.

Re: zr1 taillight conversion

so what you guys are telling me is zr1 lights on a camaro = crap lol
i have searched a little and could not find a pix of them on a camaro but you guys comfirmed what i was thinking probably not the best mod.

I just dont like the wht, amber & red on my blacked out camaro. i preped the tailights and painted them with the night lights paint and it looks ok but i would rather have the all smoked a/m or the all red a/m but i cant seem to find them.

Lots of guys have deleted the amber (and the reverse lights if that floats your boat and you don't mind being illegal) in the taillights with Testors "transparent candy apple red". It's a model paint that matches extremely well if you paint the inside of the lense
