I feel stupid asking this but here it goes. I have a 84 z28 and it needs doors. I found a firebird with solid doors. Will they fit or do i have to change the interior skins? And how hard is that to do? I did do some research and found mixed answers. So now i am asking the pro's on this forum. Thanks for any help. I wish there was a thread of everything that can interchange. If there is maybe someone could post a link for me that would be gr8.
Someone told me it was difficult to change the interior panels. As his are probly a little different. I just dont want to have a big mess with trying to make my panels work on his doors. But if its not that hard il give it a try. Thanks for your help.
I have done it. The biggest thing is changing the arm rest brackets and of course pwr locks and window motor. It is not that hard if your lucky and the donor door is set up the same with a good window motor.
I have 88 Firebird doors on my 83. Didn't get door pannels with them so all I had to do was bolt them on and adjust.
