Hey, I'm trying to restore my 84 Trans Am a bit, and I'm in need of a front bumper. I've been searching for almost a year now for a company that does reproduction 82-84 style bumpers, but nobody makes them, and I mean nobody. I've given up trying to find a company, and I've been looking out for 82-84 Trans Ams for a parts car I could use. Question is, Will any 82-84 style bumper WITHOUT the ground effects have drill holes for them? My 84 has ground effects, but most of the very few 82-84's being sold around here do not have ground effects. It would look syupid for me to have a front bumper without ground effects while the rest of the body has them. Can anyone give me some help? Much appreciated

just get a regular 82-84 firebird bumber, same thing as the trans am just no holes

where are you located? im stripping down an 84 trans am right now and the front bumper is in excellent shape on it..it has the complete bottom spoiler, the knockouts on the front and the left one says trans am in it..the color is a dark blue with silver ground effects...pm me if its something you might be interested in and maybe we can work out something....also have other parts available if you need anything maybe i can help ill post pics in bit for you

I'm definitly interested in the front end from your 84. How much are you looking for it? Also, if you have it, I'd be interested in the pass. side headlight assembly along with the pass. side fender. I only really need the bumper and headlight assembly though, the fender has a dent that should be able to be banged out. But yeah, I'm right next to Springfield MA, so its not too far away.

well for the front bumper with the chin spoiler i want 300 which isnt bad cause the chin spoiler alone sell for 200....http://thirdgenranch.com/-strse-191/...ail.bok....and mine looks better than that....as far as the headlight i do not have it, i needed it for my other car and the passenger side fender on my car is also dented..let me know what you think im like 90min from springfield and could possibly do it later this weekend or next weekend
