Weatherstripping conditioner??

What do you guys with t-tops use to keep the weatherstrip soft and pliable???

I've read that heavy silcone spray is a good approach. It seems to have worked well so far for me.

I like to use Armor All on mine every month or so. Seems to work pretty well.
