17x7 Primax #618 Racing wheels.Fits 5x100 and 5x114.3 bolt patterns.+38 offset

Will these rims fit? If not, what will I have to do to make them fit.

Those wheels won't work. Our cars have 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern which is larger then 5 on 100 or 114.3. The offset is for a front wheel drive.
