Post pictures of floorboards coated in bedliner!
I ripped out my carpet and I want to see pictures of creative ways to finish the floor boards. I dont want to put carpet back in. I want a solid easily very industrial floor. Black of course. Can I see pictures or links please.

all those pics are raptor liner... it's a 2 part bedliner that can be mixed with paint for a custom tent. I have it in my wheel wells... the above are NOT my cars.

I have the whole body of my truck done in a product called Monsta Liner and I love it! Mine is a satin black, but they have a ton of colors. Also it's a non-robber based product so easy to clean. look it up at monstaliner.com

cool idea man.. are you going to spray the bottom? i bet it would stop rust in its tracks.. on mythbusters they coated a wall of ply-wood and strapped c4 to a pole a few feet away, and it stood unharmed..

Yes, but it dose a similar job of absorbing sound and turning it into heat. So if your goal is sound deading, it adds a LOT less weight than dynamat or any similar product.
- I sprayed a few less than 1 gallon of raptor liner on my camaro
- I added over 80lbs to the car with Dropmat
but they both do the same thing... just depends on what you want really.

I've thought about doing the same thing. Jegs sells roll on stuff called Lizard Skin I believe that I was going to try but just never got around to it.

How much added weight is the lizard skin? I am also wondering, how well it quiets down the car from the inside?

Liz Skin is good stuff. How much weight it adds will depend on how much you use. A few quarts is more than enough for sound deadening... Dynamat will be better, but like I said... will add quite a bit more weight to the car (80lbs in my case). For the weight savings, I'd say the Liz Skin dose a nice job.
