Rear hatch adjustment?

What is required to adjust the rear hatch so it is flush with the rear fascia panel? I have noticed that most hatches stick out.

There is a tech article on this page which helped me out alot go to thirdgen.org/newdesign/tech/hatchalign.shtml I did it by myself but really wish I would have got help because it would have been a lot easier. It took me about 30 minutes to complete. Very happy with results. Great article!!!!!!!!! Good luck
