The first time I saw neons was not on a Honda or Japanese car at all. It was under a hot rod. You guys need to get your heads out of your asses and realise that a lot of this stuff was done by hot rodders before the rice scene... wayyy before the rice scene.
i have 2 undercar sets and it's not that hard, the fact you don't have ground fx will make the sides rather difficult.
the front is easy, just mount it to the black plastic air dam that sends air up to the radiator if you can't find anything else.
for the rear, i would hid it up in the rear bumper, again mine has a lower rear valance then yours; but you can fit it up there. point is to hide it so you can't see the tubes lit up.
without ground fx's it will be a bit harder to hide the tubes, but it can be done.
what kit did you get? what brand, etc. ? that can also make a difference. just email me with the questions you have as many people on here don't care for things of this sort.
me on the other hand i love turning on my 2 sets of neon's a blasting down the freeway looking for semi's to cruise under.
I do have ground effects,IROC fx,are 91 -92 lower stock???
