| 1983 Trans Am for sale(NY area)'88 look a like
I am selling my '83 TA. I want to sell it locally in the NY area. It is red with t-tops. The engine is a V8 350 carbed(not stock) with an auto tranny. The engine has a holley carb and edelbrock intake. I recently replaced all the gray plastic interior panels with black ones from a '91 TA. They are in mint condition. I never finished restoring the interior...I have black seat covers and black custom floormats(with th gray firebird symbol) in the car now. I recently bought a t-top leather bag. The front end, gfx, and rear bumper cover are all from an '87-'90 TA. There are 16" black GTA rims on the car now. There is a wrap around aero spoiler on the car...and I put the grid style tail lights with the GTA center peice(red bird in center) on the car. The car has the functional powerbulge hood on it. The headlight motors no longer work so the lights are stuck in the up position...but will cost $60 at a local junkyard. The car is all power...but the passenger side window track needs to be fixed(the motor is fine). The stereo was stolen out of the car not too long ago and while ripping out the stereo they seemed to rip the heater wires...now the heat isnt working. I didnt want to play with the electrical...but before then the heat worked great. Also the left break light is out. I am asking $1600 or Best Offer. I want to sell this car locally in the NY area.
