DIY White face gauges

How the hell do you get the needles off, im afraid to break them, i tried using two small flathead screwdrivers but i couldnt get them off. But I still got the speedometer and tach ones on never the less, and they work fine and look fine, but as for the battery/fuel one and fuelpressure/temp one, im gonn ahave to get them off since i wont be able to just slip them on those.

try sliding a fork under them, thats what i had to use to get my needles off, make sure you know where to put them back on to so the gauge doesnt read wrong
