There is no way you can stop from 120mph in less than 100ft, the 2002 ZO6 stops from 60 in OVER 100ft. Maybe I understood what you said wrong.

my vote goes toward raybestos brute stops !! extreme performance for the street , they're even a decent pad on the track !! lots of dust is the only draw back ..but.. the way I drive .. .any pad will dust alot

I have Performance Friction on all 4 corners and they dust like crazy. I'm looking at EBC Greenstuff brake pads or Hawk HP Plus Race brake pads from the tire rack.

yeah performance friction do create alot of dust. the pads can take alot of hard braking before they start fading. they r an improvement over stock pads but i want to give those ceramic pads a try. i hear they last a long time and the don't create alot of dust . if anyone has used or is using ceramic pads could u tell me what u think of them.

I had some performance frictions on my last project, and they did stop well, but man did they start squealing in a hurry ...My father had the same problem on his car as well with them. When I went the the Raybestos PG Plus', they didn't stop as well, but they were extremely quiet throughout their lifetime and with very little brake dust.

One of my mechanics won't put in the Performance Frictions at his shop, because of the return rate of complaints he gets. He says,"I don't like to put on pads that have more metal in them than the rotors."

It sounds like fer a daily driver - Raybestos PG Plus. Assuming they stop good, if not excellent, they also are void of my main grievence - dust (I hate brake dust with a passion). Appearently they also do not squeal a lot (always good). Does this sounds correct?

My PFC pads don't squeal. But I also don't use the supplied "anti-squeal" shims. They're junk on any set of pads.

Apply a bead of CRC anti-squeal adhesive and whatever pads you go with should be pretty quiet.

There is a guy who comes up to the local car meet every now and then who is an autohrozed Zaino dealer and also a dealer for Kevlar brake pads (made by EBC i think.) Supposedly they create almost no brake dust and stop very well. He runs them on his viper that he brings up there and he claims its about a 45 minutes drive for him and his wheels always look shiny as hell when he shows up.
