not impressed with wilwood brakes compared ls1 rears

i installed LS1 brakes with a 1LE proportioning valve on my 10 bolt, i have LS1 brakes in the front also, and the car stopped excellent!, i blew the 10 bolt and bought a moser 12 bolt with wilwood brakes on the back, dynalite pro kit i believe 4 pistons each, i removed the spring and valve from the proportioning valve and installed a wilwood adjustable after the prop valve and i'm not impressed with the braking as the LS1 brakes, anyone else have any comments on the rear wilwood setups? also i was looking at rotor prices and they cost 209 a piece!?! i have the internal drum parking brake, drilled/slotted, maybe i need further adjustment on the adjustable prop valve?

Questions Is it too much rear brake or not enough?

Potential Issues

Will the work with the stock master Cylinder bore? I use a 1 inch willwood MC on the rear and a 13/16 willwood on the front.

Hear is my current combo which will have the pads replaced with raybestos pads

Master Cylinders
Front Willwood 13/16 MC 260-5920
Rear Willwood 1 in MC 260-3378

Front Calibers Willwood Forged Billet Superlite 120-7476-R & L
Front Pads Hawk HB101L..800 Blue MT4 Compound

Rear Calibers Willwood Froged Billet Dynalite 120-6816
Rear Pads Willwood 15T -5911K PolyMatrix 7112 T

Front Discs Corvette 1996 HD 13 x 1.10
Rear Discs Willwood 12 x.081

Note
The standard Dyno Lite pads are not good.

They are designed for street rod applications based on MY conversations with willwood after putting them on a currie 9 inch.

Hawk and Porterfield also confirmed that the willwood "package pads" are junk

these are the pads i currently have in the rear, it feels like there is not enough brake in the back, i was unaware that hawk made pads for the wilwoods i have those on the front and love them

86Z - How do you feel about the rear Wilwood Dynalite brakes now? Did they feel better with different pads?

I found this thread when searching for these brakes as I'm considering going down the 12bolt and Dynalite route.

Call porterfield for a recomendation.

Raybestus 43 race compounds will provide enough brake
