Upgrading to Z51 Rear brakes?

Hey Everyone.

Im doing the Z51 CTS-V Caliper front upgrade (thanks for your help so far ed!)

Ive got LS1 rear brakes w/ Hawks HPS pads & Brembo Rotors. Their the 12" setup, and im wondering if it would be worth my while to upgrade the rears to the 13" z51 setup?

If so, all i need is the Z51 abutment bracket and rotors? I can re-use my calipers and pads?
