Single or double-piston calipers?

My spindle is bent on the passenger side and needs replacing. I've found one, but I'm not sure if I have single or double-piston calipers on the GTA.

Sorry guys...I'm learning. At least I know what part I need to replace!

You have single-piston iron Delco-Moraine calipers with 10.5" rotor.
