rear caliper compatibility

Are the rear disck brake calipers from 93 - 95 compatible with the ones from 91? Specificaly the emergency brake cable bracket and spring.

I am having trouble locating the emergency brake cable brackets and springs that go on the calipers for my 91 and I am looking for alternatives. Thanks

93-97 LT1 calipers are nearly identical to the 89-92 version.

billybob may want to dump the very things you need. Check post 28 of the following link:

Re: rear caliper compatibility

That is awesome, thanks! I'll chase that down, failing that I have a line on some 94 calipers, and it sounds like I should be able to swap those in, or borrow the bracket / spring off them.

Re: rear caliper compatibility

Awesome. It looks like I wont need it now, but a good idea in the future. Is there any advantage going to the LT1 style?

Not over the 89-92 version.
