Brakes jerk, then create vibration

When I hit the brakes, my car jerks to the left, then recenters. I've narrowed this down to what I think should be the pass. side brake hose after some searching and logical thought.

It's the second part of my problem that puzzles me, and makes me think this problem extends into a possible steering issue... After the car jerks, it kind of wiggles the steering wheel and the car. The best way to describe the feeling is like a severely warped set of rotors. The rotors are not warped, and there is no pedal feedback. (They are a little grooved and slightly worn). It actually was enough to re-loosen my steering column!

This happens at every tire pressure (I have a slow leak on drivers side, it will happen whether the tire is full or off a few psi). However, it doesn't ALWAYS happen. Sometimes it will work perfectly, other times it will do it badly.

The only issues that I know of with steering, brakes or suspension on the whole car are the possible drivers side brake hose, and possible upper strut mounts in the front (causing a popping sound during low speed turns). Other than that it seems to drive pretty well, other than being pretty stiff-riding, but I always assumed that the WS6 should feel that way.

Any insights are appreciated

BRAKES BROKE

Check steering and suspension components for wear.

Bad hoses usually act like one way valves causing the associated corner of the car’s brakes to not release fully.

Happy Racing!

If People Drove Any Slower They’d Be Going Backwards

Fog lights are not driving lights. Keep em turned off slow pokes.

How bout those dorks too scared to drive without headlights on in the daytime!
