83 Camaro rear brakes

I have an 83 camaro rear end that I am putting in a 27 Chev coupe. I need to see a picture of how the emergency brake cable attaches to the calipers.
Can anyone show me a pic of the calipers and how the cable attaches. Thanks for any help.

Bob

Discs on a 83 rear end?

Sounds like it wasn't a 83, or the 83 had a later year rear end.

Re: 83 Camaro rear brakes

I have discs on my '82 rear end.. was '83 a blackout year or something?

the e-brake cable snaps into the hole in the caliper, then the cord hangs in the j-hook on the caliper. I don't think I have any good pictures of it, but it's exactly the same as any other gm with rear discs...

What part are you having trouble with?

Re: 83 Camaro rear brakes

Just wasn't familiar with how the cable went. I have a couple other GM vehicles, I'll have to take a look at those and see if it helps any.
