have 6mm rear brake lines on 91 camaro rs installed 9-bolt with pbr aluminum calipers and when I went to install pv on rear brakes my flaring tool would not fit the pipe has any one ever heard so also the car had drum brakes to start with just thought I would share this story

Welcome to TGO. Sorry, I'm a bit confused. If the 9-bolt had OE brake lines in place, the swap should have been direct, no need to flare anything.
