Do these drums need replaced? And could they be causing this noise and vibrating?
Recently my car's rear end has been vibrating/shaking at certain speeds. Anytime above 30 mph, if I am neither accelerating nor decelerating, just keeping at the steady speed, my rear end vibrates until I proceed to accelerate or decelerate.
Also, my driver side rear wheel has been making a Click*click*click* sound as the wheel spins when I turn left. Yesterday however, I hit a small pot-hole, heard a loud pop, and the clicking was more scratchy sounding and was happening during the entirety of the ride. It stopped after a few minutes of driving but continues to occur when I turn left as it was before.
I took the tires off and here are some pictures of my rear drums. Could it be that as the drum is spinning, a piece that is rusted and fell off inside is rubbing and making that noise? And could this be causing the rear vibration/shaking? If not what could it be? Thank you all for your help!

it is possible that tey are causing the vibe. The severe rust will flake and fall off causing an imbalance. I just had to replace the rear rotors on my truck because of this exact issue.

Awesome thanks, I'm 18 attempting to learn about cars with my 92 camaro, quick question. If i replace the rear rotors do i need to replace anything that is behind them that the new rotors might rub against? or is it fine just replacing the rotors? Thanks! And any idea that this might be the noise I am hearing? I have a hard time thinking of anything else that would make noise that matches with the wheel spinning perfectly.

those thingies in your pics are drums. Pull them off, they should come right off provided you dont have the parking brake set. inside you will find 2 brake shoes, see how much is left on them. new is about 1/4" think. or take a pic
you may find a lot of loose stuff inside that caused the squeak noises. On the top of the inner assemble is the wheels cylinder, check to make sure its not leaking, you would be able to see moisture around it.
as for the other noises, pull the front wheels off too. so if you can find anything loose or broken, the swap bar endlinks ect.

awesome thanks, will be taking a look at that tomorrow, and if they do not come off easily and i end up having the parking brake set, what would i do? Figure just in case lol.

release the parking brake, you were kidding right?
if they dont come off, grab a 2lb hammer or something like that and tap around the drum to try and get it loose.

I know this thread is dead but for anyone doing research i thought I would add to it. I to was having a clicking noise and a shutter in the brake pedal. I removed the rear drums and low and behold the Bonded brake linings had become Un-bonded to the shoe brackets. Also Another time when I owed my camaro the first time I had a pulsing in the pedal which turned out to be a cracked brake drum
