Rear disc brake swap questions...

Does anyone know how difficult it would be to convert my rear drums to discs from another T/A, or if it's even possible? I have a '91 GTA, but it's basically the crappiest version possible; rear drums, 4-spd auto, 305.

So I at least want to get some extra braking out of the beast, but conversion kits run in the thousands. So I was wondering how hard it would be, or if it's even possible without completely overhauling and reworking the rear.
