9 inch with 1LE brakes

I am buying a 9 inch from Quick Performance and I was wondering what kind of axels and housing ends I will need to keep my factory 1LE brakes. Also I have ZR1 wheels with 1.5" spacers. Am I correct in assuming that I should have them make the new rear 1.5 wider on each side to eliminate the spacers? Thanks for any help.

Re: 9 inch with 1LE brakes

Get the rear for LS1 brakes, if you don't spec that you'll get big Ford housings which will not accept the stock plates, I did make some backing plates just for that issue though. And yes, get it in stock 4th gen width and your spacers will go away.

OK, so LS1 is the same as LT1 is the same as third gen 1LE? I mean as far as axle tube ends are concerned? Just don't want to make any assumptions. Thanks for your input.
