ls1 brake question

so i got a base 91 bird and i found i can get a complete caliper/ rotor assembly for front brakes off of a ls1 4th gen. my question is will they bold up? what mods are needed?

no

need to modify the 3rd gen spindle, drill and tap 2 of the dust shield holes, buy a new mounting bracket for the caliper, turn the stock rotor down into a hub for the 4th gen rotor to slide over, install longer wheel studs. Its do-able, but far from a bolt on.
