Did you bench bleed the master?
Did you bleed the system from the rear (pass side, driver's side), then the front (pass side, driver's side)?
Could the flex hoses themselves be a problem?

Re: Brake troubles

I had the same trouble with my front disk brakes. I solved this issue this
weekend by replacing both front rubber hoses that lead from the metal
brake lines to the calipers. You can check this by disconnecting the
rubber hoses from the steel lines and see if get brake fluid to leak out.
I spent a month replacing parts before someone told me that
they thought the rubber hoses were bad.
Good luck

Re: Brake troubles

its common for the rubber flex hoses to deteriorate from the inside out and create a "flap" inside the hose that wont allow fluid to pass, sometimes, from the master, other times it can lock a wheel.
