Ls1 Brake Fade - Problems?

I was hopin going with Ls1 brakes would make a world of difference over the stock 92 brakes... but alas.. more money wasted

Im running the:

99 Master Cylinder
99 Booster
92 Rear Disc Proportioning Valve
92 Lines and 92 Hoses
99 Calipers
New Crossdrilled and slotted rotors
New pads

Bled the master
Bled all the brakes multiple times

My problem is I cant even lock up the front brakes at low speeds like I could with my stock setup.. my van with 10" discs grabs better.. I tried stopping from 100mph.. It grabs good at first.. and I hold the brakes down and it just feels like its slippin and fadding out

Do brakes take some time to adjust or break in or something? I've only got about 50 miles on there..

I only run about 10 lbs of vaccuum with my 231/237 cam.. would i need to look at maybe the booster not gettin enough air?

Ill try re-bleeding the lines with some earls speed bleeders im getting but Im looking for any more advice

It takes a while for pads to bed in before you should lean on them. 50k is certainly not enough but you should still be able to lock them up. What brand pads? Are the flex lines new? If not they can baloon under high temp/pressure giving mush pedal. Regardless with all the dough you have spent get some braided lines on there will firm up your brake feel noticeably. If you have over heated the pads and cooked them it may take a while to break them in now.

Most manufactures will have bedding instructions for their pads (this is why I asked what pads they were.)

Wilwood has a good article on the subject.

If you want a good reading link on brakes, StopTech has one of the best.
