Brakes are making the car jump!

When I apply the brakes my brakes start to kind of skip. Like jump. It makes my whole car jump. I changed out my stock rotors to drill/slotted rotors, both calipers, and both pads. Does anyone know what it could be?

Almost sounds like the rotors are warped.

Don't forget the rear brakes. I'm betting you have rear drums, and they are shot to hell. An out of round drum will literally make the car want to jump up and down off the road when applied.
