The rear rotor would be 11.75" or somewhere around there. The older setup used 10.5" rotors.

Re: PBR

Is that the only way to tell? No tag anywhere or RPO code to look for?

J65 PBR's are finned alum and look nothing like the J65 Delco-Moraine iron calipers.

Check my vbGarage (shedlike icon next to my on-line status) should you like a pic.

89 PBR brakes on a 9-bolt rear.

But have you thought about looking at the brakes?

PBRs have large fins and are both on the same side of the axle. Delcos are smoother(er), cast iron and are on opposing sides of the axle.

Re: PBR

Mine do have the large fins and they are on the same side(rear bumper side) but i haven't seen any on a 10 bolt. Every car I've seen the PBR's on had the 9 bolt rear end.

You have the PBRs, simple as that. You are NOT the only one to have them on a 10 bolt.

Re: PBR

89 was the only year to have a 9-bolt and PBR's. 90+ 10-bolts were equipped with PBR's.
